About Me

I hold a Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work from Laurentian University and am

currently completing my Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. My path into this work has been shaped not only by my education and professional experience, but also by personal moments of loss, growth, and learning.

Life can feel overwhelming—especially when you're carrying something heavy. Whether you’re navigating loss, managing anxiety, or adjusting to new circumstances, I offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone.

My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and anti-oppressive approaches.

I draw from strength-based models and evidence-informed tools to support each client’s unique needs and goals. My role isn’t to lead or fix, but to walk alongside you—offering space, support, and practical strategies as you move through difficult moments and toward healing.

I have a strong interest in perinatal mental health, pregnancy and infant loss, and the ways these deeply personal experiences often go unseen or unsupported. My own experience with pregnancy loss has taught me how difficult it can be to find the right care and community during times of grief. That journey has shaped the direction of my work and deepened my commitment to helping others find compassion and dignity in their own.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, youth, adults, and families through a wide range of life experiences—grief, anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship stress, and the complex emotions that often accompany change. I approach each person with curiosity, care, and deep respect for their story.

Wherever you’re starting from, I’m here to meet you there—with warmth, honesty, and a belief in your capacity to heal.
