Family Therapy
Family therapy with children and parents focuses on strengthening relationships, improving communication, and addressing challenges within the family unit.

Parents and children together can explore relational patterns, build healthier ways of interacting, and create space for each voice to be heard.
The therapist helps to teach coping and communication strategies, and identify the strengths already present within the family unit.

Focusing on reducing distress, increasing connection, and building practical tools that support lasting change at home.

​ Family therapy sessions are 60 minutes in duration. The therapist will work with you to collaboratively develop goals and planning. The frequency will vary depending on your unique situation and goals. ​
